What it means

Lets the town of Nantucket sell, transfer or otherwise convey all or part of a listed set of town parcels held for open space, recreation or conservation to the Nantucket Islands Land Bank, Nantucket Conservation Foundation, Inc., or Sconset Trust, Inc., to be used for those same purposes. The board of selectmen sets the terms, which may include restrictions and easements. Takes effect on passage.
