Final approval before the bill goes to the Governor
Official wording: S.2559, Question on passing the bill to be enacted (2/3) Senate
Passed
What it means
Lets the state's capital asset management commissioner, working with the conservation and recreation commissioner, change and move a 1970 state easement held by the West Boylston Water District, at no charge. The new easement is for a second well or well field, pipes, pump stations and driveway access for West Boylston's public water supply. It can be no larger than the current easement (about 1.797 acres), must be used only for these purposes or it ends, and the water district pays the costs.
