What it means
This local bill lets Falmouth's selectmen transfer the Farley Bog, about 12.5 acres of town conservation land in East Falmouth, along with nearby strips of land and the town's interests along the Childs River, to the Falmouth Rod & Gun Club for conservation, habitat improvement and recreation. The town's conservation commission must keep a permanent conservation restriction on the land. It takes effect when passed.
