What it means
Lets the city of Northampton, through its conservation commission, release a 20-foot-wide conservation easement of about 12,700 square feet. In exchange, at the same time, the city must get a new 20-foot-wide conservation easement of about 19,789 square feet shown on the same recorded survey plan.
