What it means

Requires every public and private college and university in Massachusetts to give each accepted full-time undergraduate who applied for financial aid, including transfer students, the federal financial aid "shopping sheet" before the enrollment deadline. Colleges may add more information, but terms defined on the sheet must keep the same meaning. The requirement starts with the 2019-2020 academic year.
