What it means
Lets the state's capital asset management division grant the town of Lanesborough permanent and temporary easements over pieces of state conservation and recreation land at Pontoosuc Lake to repair and rebuild the Narragansett Avenue bridge. In return, the town must put parcel 122-11 under its conservation commission and protect it as conservation land. The town pays the appraised value (reviewed by the Inspector General) and all related costs, and the easements return to the state if used for anything else.
