What it means
Lets the town of Plymouth swap land on the west side of Rocky Pond Road: a piece of town conservation land (part of Lot 4C, shown as Parcel B on a 2017 plan) would go to the selectmen to be conveyed, in exchange for a piece of a privately owned lot also on the west side of Rocky Pond Road (part of Lot 6-22, shown as Parcel A). The selectmen set other terms. Takes effect on passage.
