What it means

Requires every college and university in Massachusetts that grants associate degrees or higher to survey all its students every two years about sexual misconduct on campus and post a summary of results online within 120 days. The commissioner of higher education must provide a model survey, and schools may use their own survey if the commissioner approves it. A 21-member task force must design the anonymous model survey and report by March 31, 2019; the survey requirement takes effect August 1, 2019.
