Upon a motion made by Mr. Gallo and seconded by Mr. Harrington, the Board voted to approve the February 21, 2023 Open Session Meeting Minutes.
The roll call as written leaves out William Harrington, but the minutes give the count as 5-0 with all 5 members present, so each is shown voting yes.
