Motion made and 2nd that the GRANT OF LOCATION BE APPROVED, subject to the conditions as outlined by the DPW memo dated June 11, 2026 as follows: 1. All conduits must have a minimum of five feet separation from all City of Woburn utilities except as agreed to at a few utility crossings; 2. The existing road must be restored after 90 days by mill and inlay of 2 inches of bituminous concrete to the centerline of the road. If the centerline is crossed, the road must be restored curb to curb. Any disturbed bituminous concrete and curbing must be removed and replaced 10 feet in each direction past the limit of disturbance and any concrete sidewalk panels should be replaced by full panels which are DPW and ADA compliant. All driveway crossings should also be ground and inlaid uniformly with a minimum of 2 inches of bituminous concrete; 3. All work should be coordinated with DPW, Police and adjacent property owners to ensure safe vehicular and pedestrian passage along Presidential Way and into the adjacent businesses; 4. We can try to complete work during normal business hours. However, if the situation becomes a public safety concern, the work hours may have to be switched to nights; 5. Final paving must be completed by October 30, 2026; and 6. Should that layout be revised and a field compromise to my satisfaction cannot be agreed upon with modified terms and conditions, this recommendation should be considered null and void, all in favor, 8-0-1 (Ferullo Absent).
