“Mr. Bezanson MOVED to approve the application of DF OPCO LLC, dba Dari Farms, for a change in ownership in connection with the Fuel Storage License on the premises located at 210 Essex Street. Second Mr. LaMattina. Mr. Bezanson asked if the outstanding sewer bills for this property have been settled. Mr. Lynam advised the Board that a lien is being assessed for more than $30,000; and noted that when the sewer system was dismantled, the businesses in this building were connected to town sewer. One meter was installed for the 17 units; however, no bills were ever issued. Mr. Lynam then suggested the Board not hold off on the issuance of the license. James LeGarde, present on behalf of DF OPCO LLC, advised the Board that the building is still owned by Silva Realty. The owners are aware of the problem and are working to rectify it. Vice Chairman Salvucci called for a vote in connection with the motion on the floor. So voted 4-0.” (Motion: Bezanson, second: LaMattina)
