“On behalf of the Rules Committee, Councilor Burga motioned to adopt the Town Council Rules 2022- 2024 and was seconded by Councilor Kiely. Belmarsh reported that she submitted a request for an addition to the rules to allow for committees to meet remotely that was not deliberated. President Mathews responded that the amendments to the rules, as adopted, may be made at any time. The committee can reconvene and review this and any other suggestions. Unanimously voted.” (Motion: Burga, second: Kiely)
