Previtera moved that the Select Board vote to approve the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Agreement for the proposed Home2Hotel at 100 Station Drive with the condition that Westwood Hospitality Group LLC transfers said property to Station Drive Hotel Group LLC on or before July 31, 2025; and for the Select Board to authorize its Chair to endorse the TIF Agreement on behalf of the Town upon satisfaction of said condition, and following the receipt of two signed originals from Paul Olivera of Station Drive Hotel Group LLC.
