LeBlanc Cummings moved that the Select Board approve a Conflict of Interest waiver to authorize Pierce Atwood LLP, Daniel Bailey, and any attorney working under Mr. Bailey's supervision to represent Charles River Realty Group and its affiliates in connection with the proposed rezoning and redevelopment of 220 Providence Highway. Further, move to authorize the Town Administrator to sign the Conflict of Interest waiver letter and to forward said letter to Attorney Bailey. R. Gotti,

LeBlanc Cummings moved that the Select Board approve a Conflict of Interest waiver to authorize Pierce Atwood LLP, Daniel Bailey, and any attorney working under Mr. Bailey's supervision to represent Charles River Realty Group and its affiliates in connection with the proposed rezoning and redevelopment of 220 Providence Highway.
