Gotti moved that the Select Board approve the 9th Annual Run for a Veteran 5-Mile Road Race to take place at 10:00 AM on Sunday, May 12th beginning and ending at Norwood High School; with parts of the 5-mile race to come through Westwood including Oak Street, Pond Street, Clapboardtree Street, and Winter Street, and the approval is in conformance with any requirement of the Public Safety Officer.

Gotti moved that the Select Board vote to amend 2024 Annual Town Meeting Article 16, Street Acceptance, Hedgerow Lane as follows: To see if the Town will authorize the Select Board to accept Hedgerow Lane as a public way, contingent upon the completion of any and all regulatory requirements and contingent upon the required transfer of any land as per the subdivision plan and the deed of such transfer being properly recorded and the book and page of said deed to be provided to the Town Planner on or before July 1, 2024, and to accept any easement and take any other action thereto.
