Gotti moved that the Select Board grant an extension to the "exercise of license date" requirement in the Rules and Regulations Governing Alcoholic Beverages for Bar Cino Westwood, LLC d/b/a Bar Cino to April 15, 2024, with the following condition: • A representative for Bar Cino must apply for a demolition permit and/or building permit by April 15, 2024, and obtain a certificate of occupancy on or before August 31, 2024. If the applicant determines that obtaining a certificate of occupancy by August 31, 2024, is not attainable, prior to the date of the exercise of license extension date expiring, the applicant must return to the Board for a status update and additional extension request.
