Walsh moved that the Select Board grant the waivers of Sections 4.3.2-3 and 4.3.2-6 of the Select Board's Mobile Food Truck Regulations, and to approve a Mobile Food Operation permit for Paul's Canteen, pending issuance of a Mobile Food Truck food permit from the Health Department, with the condition that Paul's Canteen is only authorized to serve the Hanlon-Deerfield School Construction site unless Mr. Lepro obtains prior approval from the Town Administrator to serve any additional locations in Westwood, which shall not include locations in the immediate vicinity of University Station core retail area, Goode Plaza, Stagecoach Plaza, Westwood Plaza, Lamberts Plaza, or Islington center. In addition, for the electronic signature of the Select Board Clerk to be affixed to the Mobile Food Operation permit.
