For alcohol to be served from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., pending public safety inspections. 2. To allow for the set-up time and clean-up time for alcohol on the premises from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on November 27, 2022. 3. For the electronic signatures of the Select Board Clerk to be affixed to the license.

Walsh moved that the Select Board grant relief from the residency requirement in Section II number 3, of the Westwood Rules and Regulations Governing Alcoholic Beverages and approve Brian Scandiffio as the Manager of Record at Smashburger, pending Alcohol Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) approval; with the condition that said approval be reconsidered and/or revoked in the event of any punishable violation of policy or law. Also, for the Select Board to authorize the electronic signatures of the Select Board to be affixed to the Alcohol Beverages Control Commission Licensing Authority Certification form.
