“M. Walsh moved for the Select Board to remove the remaining two (2) Miscellaneous Articles from the warrant list for the June 8, 2020 Annual Town Meeting. J. Hickey Seconded. Unanimous Vote 3-0. M. Walsh, aye. J. Hickey, aye. N. Hyde, aye. N. Hyde read the 13 financial articles that are on the warrant. If there is a need to reduce the quorum, only the financial articles will be considered at the Annual Town Meeting. The remaining articles would be brought for a future Town Meeting or Special Town Meeting. J. O'Sullivan inquired as to whether the town would need an opinion from the Attorney General's Office prior to the Annual Town Meeting, to make sure the articles comply with either an injunction granted by the Court or the Governor signing of a bill. Per Town Counsel, the Superior Court submission includes a list of the 13 financial articles, and the Judge will make a determination based on that submission. RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER: Michael Walsh, Board Member SECONDER:John M. Hickey, Board Member AYES: Nancy C. Hyde, John M. Hickey, Michael Walsh.” (Motion: Walsh, second: Hickey)
