Walsh moved to: (1) Approve the Third Amendment of the Land Disposition Agreement and Phase 2 Closing Agreement and, (2) Approve and accept a deed from Petruzziello Properties to the Town for Lots 2 and 3 adjacent to the new CVS on Washington Street and further, (3) Authorize Patricia Healey as the Administrative Assistant to the Select Board to affix electronic signatures of each member of the Board voting in favor to the Agreement and finally, (4) To authorize the Town Administrator to execute all such other closing documents as may be necessary, at the direction of counsel, to complete the Phase 2 Closing.
