The four articles were withdrawn by the Planning Board at its meeting on January 21, 2020 and are as follows: Planning Board-6, Zoning Amendment Related to Energy Efficiency; Planning Board-7, New Affordability Requirement; Planning Board-8, New Residential Construction Temporary Moratorium; and Planning Board-9, Amendments to Open Space Residential Development Bylaw.

Such Certificate shall only be executed with the approval of the School Building Committee.
