MOTION: Mr. Boshart a motion to approve the infrastructure plan as presented by Land's Sake and further move to waive all required permitting fees in control of the Town of Weston. The motion was seconded by Mr. Houston with the recommended amendment to execute the resolute of May 11, 2021 as presented to the Select Board in substantially the same form, subject to final review by Town Council. Mr. Boshart accepted the amended motion. Roll call vote: Ms. Bent, Mr. Houston, and Mr. Boshart voted in the affirmative. Approved unanimously.
