Andrea Peraner Sweet moved that the Board vote to approve and ratify the terms of the Separation Agreement and Release between the Town of Westford and Eric J. Heideman, as discussed by the Board during the Executive Session and to authorize the Chair of the Select Board to sign the Separation Agreement and Release. Scott Hazelton seconded the motion. The Board voted 5-0 in favor.
