“Ms. Miller moved to approve both sets of minutes as amended, and Ms. Mitchell seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Jessica Miller - Aye; Cindy Mitchell - Aye; Skipper Manter - Aye. The Motion was approved unanimously. (3-0) Wedding Permit - 40 Sweet William Way The Board reviewed a permit request for a wedding on Satu.” (Motion: Miller, second: Mitchell)

“Ms. Miller moved to approve the wedding permit, and Ms. Mitchell seconded the motion. Mr. Manter asked about amplified sound. Christina, the event coordinator, said a band would perform under the tent until 10:00 p.m. Mr. Manter said the property was surrounded by residences and emphasized the need to keep the volume respectful of the neighbors. It was also suggested that the organizers give nearby neighbors advance notice of the wedding. Christina acknowledged the concern. Roll Call Vote: Jessica Miller - Aye; Cindy Mitchell - Aye; Skipper Manter - Aye. The Motion was approved unanimously.
