“Mr. Manter made a motion to approve the minutes from March 18 & 25 & April 1, 2026, and Ms. Miller seconded the motion. Discussion: Ms. Miller noted one correction in the April 1 minutes under the budget article amendments: the minutes referred to “Beth Lambert,” but she was fairly sure it should have been “Beth Kramer.” Ms. Rand confirmed the correction and stated she would make the change. Mr. Manter then raised another correction to the April 1 minutes under old business, specifically the Pine Lane Operations section. Referring to the second paragraph, he stated that where the minutes said he had known Mr. Murphy “for a long time,” he did not think he had said he knew him well, and requested that the sentence be struck. After those amendments were discussed, the Chair called for a vote on all three sets of minutes as amended. Roll Call Vote: Mr. Manter voted aye, Ms. Miller voted aye,.” (Motion: Manter, second: Miller)
