Go into Executive session for the two stated reasons, she invited Chief Mincone and Attn’s Rappaport and Collins to join and to not return to open session. Skipper asked Jessica to explain why she felt the labor discussion would have a negative impact on the town if done in open session. She responded that it could have a negative effect on the town‘s bargaining position. Skipper said he felt it was a detriment to the officers and the town to hold the discussions in private. A vote on the motion was taken, JM and CM voted

“C. Mitchell motioned to go into Executive session for the two stated reasons, she invited Chief Mincone and Attn’s Rappaport and Collins to join and to not return to open session.
