“Kent made the motion to appoint Skipper to represent the West Tisbury Board of Selectmen to the CCMVHB. Skipper seconded as there is no pay or monetary gain. Roll call vote: Kent – Nay. Cindy and Skipper -Aye. 2-1 in favor; passes by majority.
