“Upon a motion by Ms. Aufranc and seconded by Mr. Ulfelder, the Board was polled and voted aye (5-0) to enter executive session under M.G.L. c. 30A §21(a)(3) to conduct strategy with respect to negotiations with Wellesley Firefighters IAFF Local 1795 and to discuss strategy with respect to potential litigation with Albany Road-Wellesley, LLC, as having such discussions in open session may be detrimental to the Town and to invite Meghan Jop, Corey Testa, Dolores Hamilton, Stephen Mortarelli, and Town Counsel to join the meeting. Following the close of executive session, the Select Board will return to open session for the sole purpose of adjourning the meeting.
