“Upon a motion by Mr. Ulfelder and seconded by Ms. Olney, the Board was polled all aye (4-0) to enter executive session under G.L c. 30A §21A, exemption #3, #7 , and Suffolk Construction v. DCAM, 449 Mass. 444 (2007) to discuss with Counsel negotiations with IAFF Local 1795 and potential litigation with Unified Contracting and to invite Meghan Jop, Town Counsel Christopher Brown, and Town Engineer David Hickey to join as the Chair has declared that having such discussion in open session would have a detrimental effect on the Town's position. Following the adjournment of the executive session the Board will return to open session for the sole purpose of adjourning the meeting.
