“Upon a motion by Ms. Olney and seconded by Ms. Aufranc, the Board was polled and voted (4-0) all aye to enter Executive Session under M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(A), exemption #7 to comply with Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §§ 18-25 to approve and consider release of minutes of the January 10, 2023; January 24, 2023; February 21, 2023; March 6, 2023; March 13, 2023; March 21, 2023; March 28, 2023; April 4, 2023; April 10, 2023; July 11, 2023; July 24, 2023; August 15, 2023; September 12, 2023; September 19, 2023; October 10, 2023 Executive Sessions as the Chair has declared having such discussions in open session may be detrimental. Following the adjournment of executive session, the Board will return to open session for the sole purpose of adjourning the meeting.
