“Upon a motion by Ms. Aufranc and seconded by Mr. Ulfelder, the Board voted 3-1 with Ms. Sullivan Woods voting against because she did not believe it was not appropriate subcommittee work and Ms. Lanza abstaining to approve the policy subcommittee policy..” (Motion: Aufranc, second: Ulfelder)
