“At 6:07 pm upon a motion by Ms. Aufranc and seconded by Mr. Ulfelder, the Board was polled and voted (5-0) to enter Executive Session for a discussion with Counsel Regarding Local 1795 IAFF CBA pursuant to G.L. c.30A, s.21(a)(3), (7) and G.L. 214, s.1B and Suffolk Construction v. DCAM, 449 Mass. 444 (2007)." as the Chair has declared that having such discussions in Open Session would be detrimental and to invite Town Counsel, Tom Harrington, Town Counsel Alex Rubin, Meghan Jop, and Amy Frigulietti, and Fire Chief Rick Delorie to join the meeting. Following the adjournment of executive session, the Board will return to open session for the sole purpose of adjourning the meeting.
