“Upon a motion by Ms. Sullivan Woods and seconded by Ms. Olney, the Board was polled and voted (5-0) to enter into a lease agreement with Wayne Office Park, LLC for space at 888 Worcester Street based on the agreement provided contingent on further review and approval by Town Counsel and authorize Chair, Thomas Ulfelder, Meghan Jop and Town Counsel to sign such lease. Sullivan Woods - Aye Aufranc - Aye Olney -Aye Ulfelder - Aye Lanza - Aye.” (Motion: Woods, second: Olney)
