“Upon a motion by Ms. Sullivan Woods and seconded by Ms. Olney, the Board was polled and voted (5-0) to authorize Chair, Thomas Ulfelder, to withdraw the motion for Article 24 for this Annual Town Meeting and to do so at the start of this evening's session of Town Meeting. Sullivan Woods - Aye Aufranc - Aye Olney -Aye Ulfelder - Aye Lanza - Aye.” (Motion: Woods, second: Olney)
