“Upon a motion by Ms. Sullivan Woods and seconded by Ms. Olney, the Board was polled and voted (5-0) to close the public hearing on modifications to the rules and regulations governing alcoholic beverages. To approve the proposed modifications to the rules and regulations governing alcoholic beverages as presented in version 15 along with the additional changes this evening this regulations will go into effect on November 23, 2021, with the exception of any changes related to fees effective January 1, 2022, all elements of this new policy will be in effect including fees and further all liquor licenses including renewal licenses issued in the calendar year 2022 and each year thereafter shall be subject to this new provision
