“Upon a motion by Ms. Gibbs and seconded by Ms. Freiman, the Board voted all aye (Sullivan Woods Aye; Ulfelder, Aye; Gibbs, Aye; Freiman, Aye; Morgan, Aye) to enter into Executive Session under M.G.L. c 30A, §21A, Purpose #3 to discuss strategy with respect to contract negotiations with nonunion personnel (Blythe Robinson, Executive Director)..” (Motion: Gibbs, second: Freiman)
