Appoint and approve the employment agreement with Michael McCall to be Wayland's Town Manager, as set forth in the packet
T. Fay moved, seconded by A. Gutbezahl, that the Board appoint and approve the employment agreement with Michael McCall to be Wayland's Town Manager, as set forth in the packet. In discussion, C. Karlson acknowledged that C. Martin was supportive of the terms of the agreement in executive session, but was now absent. C. Karlson also thanked the selection committee, GovHR USA and all the candidates.

“T. Fay moved, seconded by A. Gutbezahl, that the Board appoint and approve the employment agreement with Michael McCall to be Wayland's Town Manager, as set forth in the packet. In discussion, C.
