T. Fay moved, seconded by M. Antes, to ratify the Town Administrator's signature on Amendment 11-C of the Land Disposition Agreement to extend the closing date two weeks to February 26, 2021. In discussion, C. Karlson noted that once River's Edge executed the closing documents, they would be posted on the website.
