To grant a Class 2 Used Car Dealer's License to V8 Group Motors LLC, 3090 Cranberry Highway East Wareham, MA 02538 with the following stipulations: e The hours of operation shall be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and further; e As granted by the ZBA petition 54-23, there shall be no cars stored in the rear of the building; e And there shall be no more than 31 parking spaces, 21 of which are intended for the storage and display of inventory; e Additionally, vehicles are to be in safe and operational condition; e Lot area is to be kept clean and clear of debris of any kind; e And subject to the completion of all paperwork and payment of fees
