MOTION moved by Mr. Barrett in accordance with the provisions of chapter 92 of the acts of 2020 to reduce the quorum for the June 20" 2020 Town Meeting to 39 RTM, seconded by Mr. Gallivan Jim before we take a vote Liz to you have any comments you would like to make. Liz no everything sounds good to me and I’m with all the rest of you I do believe we’ll get more than 39 we’ ll get the quorum easily. Voted by
