MOTION moved by Mrs. Mackenzie to nominate Mark Gallivan as Chairman of the Board, seconded by Mr. O’Neil Discussion: Ms. Ragosta stated she was happy to support Mr. Gallivan as chairman but she wanted to know if Mrs. Mackenzie would be interested in being chairman as she has been on the board for a long time. If not would she be interested in Vice Chairman. Mrs. Mackenzie stated yes she would be interested in Vice Chairman but not Chairman.
