MOTION moved by Mr. Kraus, Seconded by Mr. Gallivan to recommend No Action Mrs. Ragosta stated that she signed the petition in retrospect, I was not thinking. I am a bit unhappy. I will not sign a petition going forward. Mr. Salvatore I did sign the petition and do not regret it. We lost this whole provision. This provision needs to come back it is not ready right now. This is a provision that assists us with affordable housing. Open Space does and you have 20 acres. You leave 10 acres as open land. Shorter sewer lines and shorter streets. We need to look at the whole scheme. Hope to talk about this more in the fall. Mrs. Mackenzie this should be coming from our planning board and think of seniors. Something this big should not be coming from a developer.
