Selectperson Keohane moves that the Select Board instruct the Town Manager to notify all property owners along Progress Ave that effective July 1, 2025 the Town will cease plowing and sanding and the responsibility of providing said services shall become a collective responsibility either through a condominium association or other means. and that the Select Board vote that providing plowing and sanding services to unaccepted residential ways, excluding those which are part of a private condominium complex, is in the public good and instruct the Town Manager to continue providing those services.
