APPOINTMENTS Conditional Building Commissioner -Tom Perry Cutrer introduces Tom Perry. Mr. Perry was the building commissioner in Barnstable for 17 years, building commissioner in the Town of Oak Bluffs for 5 years. He explained .” (Motion: Cahill)

Mr. Barnes wanted to address an issue. Cutrer responded that the Board is not able to speak with him today as the issue is not on the agenda. We will need to schedule and post a hearing with you.
