“Member Cahill moved that the Board vote, in accordance with chapter 111 of acts of 2022, to hold the September 20, 2022, special town meeting in the Town of Oak Bluffs, at the Martha's Vineyard High School Performing Arts Center, and vote to sign the warrant for the Special Town Meeting as presented to us at this meeting.
