“Member Cahill made a motion to authorize Vice chair Roy Cutrer to sign and submit the application to the Department of Public revenue in order to exempt any supplemental appropriation required for the project from proposition two and a half. Roll Call Vote: Cahill- Aye, Cutrer- Aye. The motion was approved. MEETING ADJOURNMENT 4:38PM Vice-Chair .” (Motion: Cahill)
