MOTION: Board Member Wellman made a motion to delegate the authority to the Town Manager and/or his designee to approve the extensions of local liquor licensing permitting to allow for outdoor dining for the summer of 2020 until November 15, 2020. Board Member Kratman seconded the motion. A roll call vote was taken which resulted as follows: Yea: Board Member Dick, Board Member Kratman, 5 Board Member Stronach, Board Member Wellman, and Chair Kelly Nay: 0 MOTION CARRIED: 5 - 0 - 0
