The land is buildable, and all conditions set by the Zoning Board of Appeals have been satisfied. The driveway will be screened by a buffer of trees, and the construction will align with the neighborhood's aesthetic standards. The building design will meet specifications consistent with historic homes in the area. The final letter of recommendation will be signed by all three members of the Board of Selectmen, and the Zoning Board of Appeals will get approval from the Board of Selectmen before granting a permit
