NAME CHANGE Ms. Aronstein stated that the cannabis location on Route 6 originally came to the Board for licensing under the name Northeast Can, which is how the Town's Host Agreement was written. She explained that the licensing process with the Cannabis Control Commission took so long that, in the interim, Northeast Can changed its name to Ignited Culture, making the original Host Agreement invalid. She is requesting that the Board approve the Host Community Agreement name change to Ignited Culture, Inc., as required by the Cannabis Control Commission of Massachusetts. The Board discussed the requirements of the Cannabis Control Commission
