Mr. Kitchin stated that if the Conservation Commission or the Water District comes back and places contingency, the Board will mandate that Tombstone LLC come back before this Board. He stated that it does seem that the three new above-ground tanks would be safer than the current tanks. Mr. Carreiro stated the water supply is of the utmost importance, and if the Water District has an issue with the new tanks, this Board will reevaluate
